Master Chen Tai Ping is a second-generation tea artisan, following in the footsteps of his father, a legendary Taiwanese tea master of the 1970s-80s. He remains committed to traditional craftsmanship, refusing modern shortcuts—his teas are naturally dried, hand-roasted over charcoal, and processed in small batches.

His dedication to authenticity has made his teas highly sought after, even leading to counterfeits in the market. In 2021, his skill was formally recognized when he won first place in Taiwan’s most prestigious Dong Ding competition.
