Each season brings only a handful of teas worth remembering.

Our Spring–Summer 2025 collection is a personal curation — teas we’ve sourced in small quantities from trusted masters across Taiwan.

Grown in quiet gardens, often at elevation, each one was selected only after we brewed it, tasted it, and fell in love.

You’ll find lightly oxidized oolongs that shimmer with floral clarity, deep-roasted leaves full of warmth and calm, GABA, and red teas shaped by old soil and long memory.

Only 69 collectible cans of each tea exist — sealed and numbered by hand. Once sold out, they won’t return. This is not a catalogue. It’s a journal of the season — a tasting of places we’ve discovered, farmers we’ve met, and tea we believe is worth sharing.
