Master Zhong Xin Yi is a highly respected Taiwanese tea master, known for his award-winning Dong Ding oolongs and dedication to traditional craftsmanship. In 2010, he won first place in Taiwan’s most prestigious Dong Ding tea competition, solidifying his reputation as a master of his craft.

His high-mountain tea gardens in Shan Lin Xi (1,200-1,600m) benefit from misty, cool conditions, enhancing the depth of his teas. Using charcoal roasting with lychee and longan wood, he creates teas with a rich aroma and complex flavor.
