As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is known as the cooling-off period.
How to Exercise Your Right
To withdraw from your purchase, please use the withdrawal form below. You will need to provide your name and the details of the order you wish to cancel. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.
What Happens Next
After we receive your withdrawal request, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your request. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Return of Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exceptions
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, such as goods made to your specifications, perishable goods, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
